Our whole calf will fill your freezer with flavorful beef raised on our ranch. You get to customize your cuts and packaging. We will contact you with processing dates. You will take home approximately 400 - 450 pounds of beef. Typical cuts include brisket, ribeyes, tbone or strip steaks and filets, sirloins, roasts like arm and chuck, skirt steak, round steak, stew meat, hamburger and other customized cuts. You have the option to have the heart, liver, tongue and oxtail. Approx cost $3,200
Our half a calf will fill your freezer with flavorful beef raised on our ranch. You get to customize your cuts and packaging. We will contact you with processing dates. You will take home approximately 200 - 225 pounds of beef. Typical cuts include brisket, ribeyes, tbone or strip steaks & filets, sirloins, roasts like arm & chuck, skirt steak, round steak, stew meat, hamburger & other customized cuts. Ask the processor about heart, liver, tongue and oxtail availability. Approx cost $1,700
Our quarter of a calf will fill your freezer with flavorful beef raised on our ranch. To make sure the carcass is divided equally, we will use our standard cut sheet and divide the meat evenly. You will take home approximately 120 pounds of beef. Typical cuts include ribeyes, tbone or strip steaks and filets, sirloins, roasts like arm and chuck, round steak, stew meat and hamburger. Brisket isn't split able but you can purchase it at an additional cost. The organ meats do not come in a quarter.
